1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of procuredex.com and any request submitted to 9 One 9ers Vision LLC dba Procuredex ("Procuredex," "we," "us"). By using this site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

2. What Procuredex Provides

Procuredex is a Florida small business that provides government procurement and fulfillment services. Procuredex sources products through qualified manufacturers, distributors and suppliers; fulfills grounds, landscaping and selected facility-support requirements through qualified service partners engaged for the requirement; and provides Spanish-English language support, Florida notary services and claims adjusting support by a Florida-licensed insurance adjuster. Procuredex does not manufacture the products it sources. On-site work is performed by the service partner engaged for the requirement, as stated in the applicable quote or agreement, and applicable licensing, solicitation, subcontracting and procurement requirements govern each engagement.

CAGE code, UEI, SAM.gov status, MyFloridaMarketPlace registration and other credentials described on this site reflect our status as of the date published. Registration status can change; we encourage buyers to verify current status at sam.gov before relying on it.

5. Quotes and Requests

Submitting a form is a request for a quote or information. It is not a binding offer, contract or guarantee of pricing, availability or award by either party. Prices, delivery dates and terms are confirmed in a written quote before any order. Response times stated on this site (for example, "within one business day") are targets we work hard to meet, not guarantees.

6. Past Performance

Past performance described on this site was performed by Procuredex as a subcontractor; the prime contractor is named in each case. Agency names describe the programs supported and do not imply endorsement. References are available to buyers on request.

7. Intellectual Property

The content and design of this site belong to 9 One 9ers Vision LLC dba Procuredex and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Buyers and prime contractors may reference this content when evaluating Procuredex.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Procuredex is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Our liability for any claim arising from an order or engagement is limited to the amount paid for that order or engagement.

9. Third-Party Services

Forms on this site are processed through Formspree, and the site uses Google Analytics, each subject to its own terms and privacy policy. Links to sam.gov and other external sites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, except where a contract or purchase order requires otherwise.
