Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic — for example which pages are viewed, the general region a visit comes from and the type of device used. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We do not use advertising or remarketing tools. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Information You Submit

We collect the information you choose to send us through our forms:

• Request a Quote form: agency or organization, contact name, email, phone, what you need, requirement description, location, quantity, acreage, frequency, needed-by date, solicitation or RFQ number.

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, so they reach our email inbox. Formspree handles that data under its own privacy policy. Please do not send classified, controlled unclassified (CUI) or other restricted information through this site. We do not collect payment card numbers through this site.

How We Use Information

• To respond to your quote request or inquiry.
• To prepare quotes, invoices and the documents buyers ask for (W-9, capability statement, references).
• To keep basic business records.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it except as needed to respond to your request or as required by law.

Data Retention

We keep inquiry submissions as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records. To have your information corrected or removed sooner, contact us.

Publicly Verifiable Information

Our SAM.gov registration, CAGE code and UEI are public and can be verified at sam.gov. SAM.gov governs that data under its own terms.
